i have drawn fanart for as long as i can remember. i have a distinct memory from when i was seven or so drawing princess jasmine over and over in different outfits. you could say that i've always had a lot of fandoms through my whole life. many people only have room for one "obsession" at a time, but i can juggle dozens of fandoms at once, focusing on five or so at a time. :3
i have my own characters that i love and enjoy drawing, but there's something special about drawing fanart. it's something to share with the rest of the fandom, of course, but it's also a creative outlet with characters that i love. while anime/manga take up the majority of my fandoms, it's not all.
hopefully you'll find some fanart here of characters that interest you. the whole point of fanart is someone's personal take on a character. you will find that the princess jasmine or tsukino usagi that i draw looks different from that of the show due to my personal style and perception of the character. this is what makes fanart fun. remember: a line-for-line copy of an official picture isn't fanart; it's just a copy.
